This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to Map My MBBS can be refunded or cancelled.
By engaging our services or making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Service Nature
All payments made to Map My MBBS are for counselling, documentation, and admission support services.
We do not sell any physical products or guarantee university admissions, as these depend on student eligibility, performance, and institutional policies.
- Counselling Fee Policy
- Counselling or registration fees paid to Map My MBBS are non-refundable, as they cover personalized guidance, expert consultation, and administrative efforts.
- Once counselling begins or documentation is initiated, no request for refund or transferof fees will be entertained.
- In case a student does not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., NEET qualification, academic documents mismatch), Map My MBBS will not be liable for refunding the counselling or processing fee.
- Admission & Documentation Services
- Once a student confirms university selection and the admission process begins, the processing fee becomes non-refundable, as Map My MBBS initiates multiple third-party processes such as university liaison, document submission, and visa assistance.
- Any government, university, or embassy-related feespaid by Map My MBBS on behalf of the student are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a student voluntarily withdraws from the admission process after submission of documents, no refundwill be processed.
- Duplicate Payment
In case of a duplicate payment due to technical or banking errors, the excess amount will be verified and refunded within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment after verification.
- Payment Cancellations
- Payment cancellations will only be accepted if requested in writing(via email to connect@mapmymbbs.com) before service initiation.
- Once services such as counselling, documentation, or university application have begun, no cancellation or refundwill be applicable.
- Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved under special circumstances (e.g., technical error, double payment):
- The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method(credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
- No Refund in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- A student provides false or incomplete information.
- Admission is denied due to eligibility, visa rejection, or document discrepancies.
- The student withdraws after confirmation of seat or visa processing.
- Delay or cancellation occurs due to government, embassy, or university decisions.
- Services were rendered as promised, regardless of the student’s final admission status.
- Policy Amendments
Map My MBBS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
